When returning items:

  1. Make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice and within 14 days of purchase. Failure to comply will mean that an exchange or refund is not possible.

  2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused.

  3. It is difficult for B&S Chains to accept returns of items made specifically for the customer.

  4. Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item.
